Year 5 took part in a fantastic workshop with the Street Scientists this week. They discussed what they think a Scientist is and carried out experiments into the 5 senses. We even made a human electrical circuit!

This afternoon, the eco-team visited the new site for the Gateshead West Uniform Scheme. They helped organise and sort bags of clothes and shoes into the correct sizes and grouped them into schools so that when people visit the shop they’ll be able to pick what they need with ease. We will...

Before half term, the eco-team took part in a litter pick in the local area. They went down to Blaydon precinct and found lots of litter. Year 5 had a fantastic morning taking part in the Gateshead Schools Fun run. Well done to everyone! After all that effort running they enjoyed lunch in the sun at Saltwell park.
