Today is Roald Dahl day and we have been celebrating by taking part in the BBC live lesson which has the theme of bravery. We carried out some different activities while watching: creating our own story characters and writing a slogan of persuasion.
What a lovely surprise to have a mystery reader so close to the end of the year. We loved listening to Revolting Rhymes today.
Last term we finished reading the Explorer by Katherine Rundell. We are now writing an information text linked to the Amazon which is where the book is set. We have selected our topics to write about, planned our layout and have begun our research.
