Year 3 have designed, made and evaluated their own Greek salads. We tasted different ingredients to decide what to include and then we designed and made our product. We discussed using the correct utensils to hygienically prepare food and the importance of washing our hands and surfaces. After a busy afternoon, we then tasted our product and completed our evaluations. We thought about what went well, what was tricky and what we would do next time to improve the salad.
